This ‘Made in China, For China’ classic was founded in Shanghai i n 1927. Steeped in history, Warrior Shanghai was originally designed for Chinese athletes and grew from this point to become a household name. As commercial Western footwear brands began to manufacture and establish a presence in China during the 197 0’s, Warrior Shanghai became a brand only worn by the working class.
